Day 2...

11.32am, work.

I’m eating an apple, unpeeled, cut into pieces sprinkled with some black sugar.
For breakfast I had toffee tea from the Palais des Thes, always with milk and brown sugar. And 4 pieces of shortbread. Diet is not going well as, in fact, I’m not dieting yet. Maybe the apple will make the start. I also bought a low fat yogurt in an attempt to avoid starvation at 4 in the afternoon and most importantly, avoid going for one of those amazing cheese pies sold across the street from my office.
